This Privacy Policy explains how Washington Law Help (WLH) collects information when you use the WashingtonLawHelp.org website and all the tools and services that are part of WLH, including Washington Forms Online (WFO).
Washington Law Help is based in Washington State and is operated by the Northwest Justice Project, a nonprofit organization. It serves people with legal issues in Washington. If you are visiting this Site from another state, privacy laws in your state may not apply to your activities on WLH.
We may change this Privacy Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by changing the date at the top of the policy.

Washington Forms Online (WFO)
Washington Law Help hosts interactive interviews that assemble forms and other documents for you to download and print.
WFO provides interviews on 2 platforms operated by entities outside of Washington Law Help, LawHelp Interactive and Gavel.
LawHelp Interactive: If you fill out forms hosted by LawHelp Interactive (LHI), LHI’s privacy policy applies instead of this one.
Gavel: If you fill out forms hosted by Gavel, Gavel’s privacy policy applies instead of this one.
Get Family Law Forms tool
Our Get Family Law Forms tool collects information you provide about your legal issue in Washington. We do not collect your name or contact information through the tool. The tool may present court forms or information about other legal services organizations. If you follow a link to another organization's website, their privacy applies instead of this one.
We may use information you give us to:
- Maintain and improve WLH
- Analyze and better understand usage and activities on WLH
- Send you a "What's New on Washington Law Help" email if you sign up for it
- Respond to your emails, comments, questions, and otherwise contact you about your use of WLH
Information Collected Automatically
When you access WLH, our web server automatically collects information, including:
Log information: which browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address, your approximate geographic location, and the page you visited before getting to our Site.
Device information: we may collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Site, including the hardware model, operating system and version, device identifiers, and mobile network information.
